in case the activities are not enough for you back at the Country Club,
Ruidoso offers other diverse activities. Ruidoso is known for it's
snow skiing and other snow activities in the winter. And during
the summer, there are also many streams and lakes which provide the scenery
for activities such as hiking, horseback riding, hunting, various types of fishing, canoeing
and boating, and bird watching.
The village
of Ruidoso also offers a wonderful abundance of shopping opportunities,
as well as the race track if you enjoy the horses, and several
casinos. For the younger generation, or just the young at heart,
there is a water park as well as a small amusement park.  |
